The SupportSDK website currently presents a technology preview and project information. It is not a public offer for a generally available commercial service.
1. Informational status
Descriptions, diagrams, roadmap items and future capabilities are provided for general information. They may change as the platform is tested and consolidated.
2. No public service agreement
Access to this website does not create a software licence, service-level agreement, security warranty or commercial contract. Commercial terms will be provided separately when third-party onboarding becomes available.
3. Technology limitations
Hardware-backed security reduces specific classes of copying, cloning and simple bypass. It does not make software impossible to reverse engineer and does not guarantee secrecy on a fully compromised operating system.
4. Future capabilities
Features identified as future, planned, possible or product-specific are not promises of current availability. Durable-data protection will require a dedicated recovery and redundancy model before it is offered.
5. Intellectual property
The SupportSDK name, visual identity, website design and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to SupportRMM or other websites are provided for convenience. SupportSDK is not responsible for external website availability or content.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated as the website and platform evolve. The current version is dated 18 July 2026.
